Cat Boarding FAQ's

BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

Please advise us as early as possible if you wish to cancel your booking.

Less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

Terms of Stay

  • 2 Night/Day minimum charge

  • Bank Holiday Surcharge over the Christmas period £10 per apartment.

  • Cats collected before 9 am will not be charged for that day.

Terms of Payment

  • Cash, Cheque & Bank Transfer accepted.

  • We do not have the facilities to accept card payments.

  • Full payment is required on collection of your Cat
